The phenomenon is no longer limited to some excess of exuberance in attitudes and responses but is including a series of violent episodes that indignant and alarm citizens such as damage to parked cars.

In Bolzano the news reports some examples from the center to the suburbs, but they are only the last of a long chain.

Dozens of calls to 112 from residents who heard the sound of glass breaking, all indicating the presence of a man who was destroying the rear windows of the cars parked on Via dei Colli Albani.

In particular, the call to the police came shortly after midnight, when the lockdown was already in place. The carabinieri on the spot were alerted by the soldiers of the Roma Tuscolana station who found a long trail of broken glass and damaged cars.

Not far away, the man who had destroyed them, still armed with the metal staff. Beside him dozens of residents took to the streets to appease his anger and threatened by the man with the stick.

At the sight of the military, the man placed the blunt object on the ground, raised his hands and was then blocked by the carabinieri. At the time he was stopped, the same one who was not affected by the use of alcohol or drugs, he was unable to give explanations of why to the operators of the weapon. The 45-year-old of Egyptian nationality was then arrested on charges of "aggravated damage" and "aggravated threats".
